Medi Wholesale Ships Worldwide
Medi Wholesale delivers internationally to numerous territories, including outside of Europe. All orders are shipped from our shipping location in Europe. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulatory authorities pertaining to importation.
Shipping is free for orders over $500. Orders below $500 will be subject to a minimum $50 shipping charge. Take note that certain exceptions may apply, depending on your location or country. For further information, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping Carriers Used by Medi Wholesale
The company we use for shipping depends on the local shipping services available to you. We will provide you with the shipping method and tracking number of your order once we have processed your order.
We ship products within 24 hours upon confirmation of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times are approximately 4 to 10 days. If the item ordered is not currently in our stock, we will notify you of the expected shipment date; however, the transit time may vary according to region. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you need further information about the delivery of a specific order.
We want our customers to feel confident in our products. If you are experiencing any complications with your order, contact our customer service team. Refunds are made at the discretion of Medi Wholesale, and we do not guarantee a refund for all circumstances.
Purchases That Qualify for a Refund
We issue refunds in the following situations: if you have received a damaged package; if we misrepresented the product and/or its packaging when you placed your order; or if the product is proven to be inactive when you initially use it.
Contact a Medi Wholesale customer service representative to determine if your order qualifies for a refund. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, hold on to the products until you receive further instructions from us. If we determine that you are eligible for a refund, you may either request a replacement to be sent to you or a full account credit refund for that item.
Return of Items
Medi Wholesale does not accept product returns. If you used the product and found it faulty in the process, keep the lot number and expiry date information in the client’s file. Please contact Medi Wholesale Customer Service for further guidance.
If Medi Wholesale has determined that you are eligible for a refund, you can either request a replacement to be sent to the same shipping address as the original or a full refund. You can also request an account credit to use towards any future purchase made with the same account on Medi Wholesale.
Medi Wholesale reserves the right to offer refunds at our discretion. We do not guarantee our customers a refund in all circumstances. That being said, we are committed to keeping our customers happy. If you have any queries or concerns regarding our policies on refunds, do not hesitate to contact us for additional information.
We treat privacy and confidentiality of our clients very seriously and our available methods of payment reflect that. When placing an order you can make secure payment through credit card payments or a direct bank transfer by whichever currency you would prefer. However, the currency you make a payment with will be converted to USD (current rate).
